In order to provide quality care in an efficient and effective manner, we have developed a 504 Workers’ Compensation Physician Panel (Panel) as allowed under Chapter 504 of the Texas Labor Code. This is an exclusive Panel only available to the injured employees of the City of Fort Worth. This Panel consists of primary or treating providers as well as specialists who are familiar with on-the-job injuries and illnesses.
